Pancreatic cystadenomas are rare primary neoplasms. In association with these cystic tumors, multiple coincidental abnormalities have been reported. In most cases described in the literature, a high incidence of associated metabolic endocrine abnormalities and biliary tract disease has been indicated. The case reported here had serous cystadenoma of the pancreas associated with an uterine myoma, cholesterol polyps of the gallbladder, and a diffuse goiter with euthyroidism. This case reaffirms an association of constitutional abnormalities with pancreatic cystadenoma, although a causative relationship cannot be assumed. We conclude that patients with metabolic and endocrine diseases should be carefully screened for pancreatic cystadenoma.
