Angiomiolipoma renal gigante y linfangioleiomiomatosis pulmonar esporádica no filiada. A propósito de un caso

Abstract: ResumenEl angiomiolipoma (AML) es un tumor benigno de origen mesenquimal, compuesto por tejido adiposo maduro, vasos sanguíneos aberrantes y músculo liso, con una prevalencia aproximada del 1-3% de todas las masas renales.
