Angular Spectral Analysis and Lowpass Filtering of Aeromagnetic Data Over Western Parts of Bornu Basin of Nigeria

Abstract: Total-field aeromagnetic data over the western half of the Bornu basin and its surrounding areas were analyzed using angular spectral analysis, upward continuation and lowpass filtering techniques. Results revealed several angular spectral peaks at various angular orientations.
