Animal unit hygienic conditions influence mouse intestinal microbiota and contribute to T-cell-mediated colitis

Abstract: Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a group of chronic inflammatory disorders of the gastrointestinal tract with worldwide increasing incidence.
