Abstract:PurposeTo investigate axial elongation (AE) and changes in relative peripheral refraction (RPR) in anisomyopic children undergoing orthokeratology (ortho‐k).MethodsBilateral anisomyopic children, 7–12 years of age, were treated with ortho‐k.
