Ankle Syndesmotic Injury Repair with Tightrope

Abstract: Background: Syndesmotic injury of ankle is relatively uncommon and commonly missed injury. Failure to stabilise this injury results in early arthritis. Traditionally it is being treated with screw but now tightrope is a biomechanically stable alternative.
