Annotations of Interlibrary Loan Process

Abstract: This study presents an examination of the annotations, comments and notes written by Intedibrary Loan Borrowing (ILLB) staff and interlibrary loan patrons. Interlibrary loan requests were submitted on index cards, and later using the electronic interlibrary loan system (ILLiad).
