Annular atrophic lichen planus: pediatric case

Abstract: Annular atrophic lichen planus is the most rare variant of lichen planus. A 8-year-old patient presented with a 2-year history of a pruritic eruption on the trunk and extremities, characterized by several annular lesions. The lesions had an erythematous papular border with an atrophic center. Histopathologic examination objectived a typical features of lichen planus.
