Abstract:A strongly nonmonotonic temperature dependence of the magnetoresistance in (CoFeB)x(LiNbOy)100 –xfilm nanocomposites (x≈ 40–48 at %) is observed in the temperature range of 3–250 K at the magnetic field up to 14 T near the percolation threshold on its insulating side. The magnetoresistance has a minimum at 40K and increases steeply on cooling. Such behavior of the magnetoresistance is attributed to the coexistence of superferromagnetic regions with exchange-coupled granules separated by regions with superparam… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
