Anomalous Origin of the Left Coronary Artery from the Pulmonary Artery

Abstract: White-Garland syndrome is a rare congenital anomaly of the cardiovascular system. Almost all patients with this condition die during the first year of life. A one-year, 4-month-old boy was autopsied at Nagasaki University Hospital. In the heart, the small ventricular spetal defect with aneurysmal and myocardial infaction as observed.
