Anomalous Posterior Tibial Artery Course—Anatomic Considerations for the Posterolateral Ankle Approach

Abstract: Case:We report a unique anatomical case of an anomalous course of the posterior tibial artery found on dissection during the posterolateral approach to the ankle.
