Another rare facet of the ubiquitous mould

Abstract: Pancoast syndrome is a commonly seen manifestation of lung malignancies, and benign causes are uncommon. We report a case of a patient without any known cause of immunosuppression who presented with Pancoast syndrome and a radiological mass like lesion in the lung apex, that was revealed be due to aspergillosis.
