ANP and DEMATEL for Six Sigma Project Selection and Evaluation Process in a Colombian Hospital 

Abstract: This paper presents an integrated ANP and DEMATEL technique applied to identify and prioritize Six Sigma projects for healthcare companies. identify the most representative Six Sigma projects and their priority. First, the Six Sigma evaluation structure is determined; then DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) is applied to calculate interrelations among healthcare criteria.
