Antecedents of AGM Shareholder Activism in Malaysian Public Listed Companies and the Role of MSWG Activism as a Moderator

Abstract: Shareholder activism and awareness of their rights at Annual General Meetings (AGMs) is one of the most contentious problems related to corporate governance. This study examines the relationship between company size, performance, directors' remuneration, and AGM shareholder activism.
