“…The attitude of pregnant women towards PFEs has been inconsistent, but recent studies have reported a positive attitudinal shift towards antenatal. [ 7 , 8 ] Evidence suggests an increase in knowledge about the benefit and safety of exercise amongst pregnant women might be responsible,[ 7 ] though a study in Ethiopia reported that a large number of participants had a negative attitude towards exercising during pregnancy.
