Anterior cervical hypertrichosis: A rare location

Abstract: We report the case of a twelve-year-old male who presented with isolated anterior cervical hypertrichosis persistent since birth. No notion of trauma or local inflammation or the use of a topical treatment was noted. The patient had no other clinical symptoms and no similar family history.
