Anterior Gastric Wall Excision and Retubularization: A Novel Procedure and Modification of Sleeve Gastrectomy for a Patient With Obesity

Abstract: Sleeve gastrectomy is a recognized surgical weight-loss procedure performed to reduce the amount of ingested food, thereby promoting a reduction in the patient’s weight. We present a 34-year-old multipara woman with complaints of abnormal excessive eating, progressive weight gain, and a body mass index (BMI) of 38.6 kg/m 2 .
