Anterolateral thigh flap salvage following failed deep inferior epigastric artery perforator breast reconstruction

Abstract: T he transverse rectus abdominis myocutaneous and deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flaps are currently the workhorses for autologous tissue breast reconstruction following mastectomy.
