“…Mangrove is a wetland woody plant community composed of evergreen trees or shrubs mainly composed of mangrove plants growing in the intertidal zone of tropical and subtropical coasts. Acharyya et al [ 46 ] studied the anti-allergic activity of the Ethanol extract of Lumnitzera racemosa and the polyphenols related to this activity ( 16 – 24 , see Figure 1 ). Oral administration of the ethanol extract of L. racemosa significantly reduced the number of sneezes, scratches, and nasal pain, as well as the number of lymphocytes, neutrophils, and eosinophils, and significantly inhibited TDI-induced allergic symptoms.…”
