Abstract:Zanthoxylum armatum is a medicinal plant found in the Himalayan range. The present study was carried out to unravel the antimicrobial activities of Z. armatum oleoresin against bacteria isolated from raw pork and chicken meat sold in Dharan submetropolitan city.
