Abstract:CAR-T cell therapy is a highly promising therapy, recently developed to treat haematological malignancies. However, many limitations including immunosuppressive microenvironment, cytokine-induced toxicities, neurotoxicity, antigen escape, cell trafficking, and tumour infiltration are still in the way of safely applying this therapy.
