Abstract:In precision micromanipulation tasks, operation accuracy and anti-disturbance performance of micromanipulators are critical. This paper presents anti-disturbance control for a piezo-driven micromanipulator with a non-minimum phase. The micromanipulator is constructed by mounting a flexible manipulator on a parallel positioning stage. The micromotion and dynamic behavior of the micromanipulator are analyzed. Then, an anti-disturbance control strategy combining H-infinity feedback control and disturbance observe… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
