Anti-disturbance control of a piezo-driven micromanipulator with a non-minimum phase

Abstract: In precision micromanipulation tasks, operation accuracy and anti-disturbance performance of micromanipulators are critical. This paper presents anti-disturbance control for a piezo-driven micromanipulator with a non-minimum phase.
