Abstract: Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) is a hypersensitivity disorder caused by Aspergillus fumigatus commonly among patients of bronchial asthma. Early diagnosis is the key to successful management and preventing parenchymal destruction. Most of the patients respond well to systemic steroids.
