Abstract:The anti-inflammatory potential was estimated using cancer cells, by quantifying nitrites (NO) based on colorimetric method (Griess reaction) and the cell viability based on the WST-1 assay. The antiproliferative activity was assessed on cell lines (HeLa and MCF-7) using the Cell Titer Glo® assay.
