Abstract: BackgroundIn the two common inflammatory skin diseases, Atopic Dermatitis (AD) and Psoriasis (Ps), keratinocytes (KCs) respond to immune insults through activation of proinflammatory transcription factors (TFs) and their translocation to the cell’s nucleus.
