Anti-lipidemic Effect of Fractions of Peristrophe bivalvis Leaf in NG-nitro-L-arginine Methyl Ester (L-NAME) Treated Rats

Abstract: Purpose The reduction in nitric oxide (NO) bioavailability accelerates atherosclerosis development, augments lipolysis, elevates blood pressure and upregulate leukocyte level.
