Abstract:Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is characterized by the absence of hormones and growth factor receptors. It is typically responsive to anthracycline/taxol-based conventional chemotherapy. However, major therapeutic limitations include systemic toxicity and acquired resistance to chemotherapeutics.
