Anti-tumor effects of anti-programmed cell death-1 antibody treatment are attenuated in streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice

Abstract: Hyperglycemia impairs immune response; however, it remains unknown whether the anti-tumor effects of anti-programmed cell death-1 antibody (PD-1-Ab) treatment are changed in hyperglycemic conditions.
