Anti-Tumoral Effects of A Benzimidazolyl Carbamate Ester Derivative on Head and Neck Squamous Carcinoma Cell Lines

Abstract: Nocodazole is a well-known anti-proliferative agent, thanks to its anti-microtubule activity. Herein we report a benzimidazolyl carbamate ester derivative, namely RDS 60, as structural analog of this compound. We evaluated the anti-neoplastic properties of RDS 60 in two human head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) cell lines.
