Antibody‐free bioimprint aided sandwich ELISA technique for cell recognition and rapid screening for bacteria

Abstract: We have developed and tested a novel ELISA-like approach for bacterial detection based upon selective adhesion of targeted bacteria to microwells with prefabricated bacterial bioimprints.
