Anticancer Activity and Structure Activity Relationship of Non-Symmetrical Choline Kinase Inhibitors

Abstract: Choline kinase inhibitors are an important class of cytotoxic compounds useful for the treatment of different forms of cancer since aberrant choline metabolism is a feature of neoplastic cells.
