Abstract:Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common cardiac arrhythmia in adults worldwide. The use of oral anticoagulants (DOACs) is an effective way to prevent ischemic stroke in patients with AF, reducing the risk of stroke by approximately 64 %.
