“…Ethanol extract of C. asiatica has given highly propitious hypoglycemic activity as its extract inhibited absorption of glucose by inhibition of both intestinal disaccharidase enzyme and α‐amylase 1 (Berawi et al, 2017 ; Kabir et al., 2014 ).
