Abstract: The goal lies in the study of amlodipine effects on levels of blood pressure (BP), hypertensive reaction under isometric exercise, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, platelet hemostasis, quality of life (QoL) and psychological status in patients with arterial hypertension (AH), obese abdominal type.
