Abstract: <i>Cordyceps chanhua</i> has been widely used in traditional Chinese medicine. The uric acid–lowering effect of artificially cultivated fruiting bodies of <i>C. chanhua</i> (FBCC) was studied using the acute hyperuricemia (AH) and chronic gout (CG) animal models.
