Abstract: Background The use of Parinari curatellifolia for the management of malaria by Africans without scientific validation, prompted this study, to investigate the antimalarial effect of ethanol extract of Parinari curatellifolia stem bark (EEPCSB) in Plasmodium berghei (NK-65)-infected mice.
