Antimicrobial activities of untreated and grape vinegar treated selected vegetables against common food borne pathogens

Abstract: In the post-Covid-19 era, plant-based diets and products have become more popular. Fruit vinegar is considered a healthy drink, rich in bioactive compounds like organic acids, polyphenols, flavonoids and alkaloids that provide several beneficial properties.
