Abstract:Antibiotic resistance has become a significant public health problem. So it is essential to design and synthesize new agents for the treatment of multi-resistance pathogens. Quinolines and their derivatives are used as antibacterial properties against gram-negative bacteria. In this work, we report the new antibacterial properties of two series of quinoline derivatives against pathogenic E. coli.
