Antinociceptive activity of fractions from Couroupita guianensis Aubl. leaves

Abstract: Results obtained demonstrated that Couroupita guianensis CEE and its fractions have antinociceptive activity that is mediated, at least in part, by opioid and cholinergic systems and nitric oxide pathway.
