Antioxidant Activity and Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitory Activity of Ark shell (Scapharca broughtonii)

Abstract: Ark shell (Scapharca broughtonii; Korean name, pijogae) is one of the most widely cultivated and consumed shellfishes in Korea. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antioxidant activity and acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity of ark shell.
