Abstract:Introduction: The Actinobacteria are a phylum of Gram-positive bacteria. They can be terrestrial or aquatic. They are of great economic importance to humans because agriculture and forests depend on their contributions to soil systems. They are more abundant in soils than other media, especially in alkaline soils and soils rich in organic matter, where they constitute an important part of the microbial population.
