Antioxidant Profile of Pepper (<em>Capsicum annuum</em> L.) Fruits Containing Diverse Levels of Capsaicinoids

Abstract: Capsicum is the genus where a number of species and varieties have pungent features due to the exclusive content of capsaicinoids such as capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin.
