Abstract: Thrombotic events striking the central nervous system are clinical criteria for the antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). Besides these, neuropsychiatric non-APS criteria manifestations are increasingly described in patients with persistently positive antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL).
