Antipsychotic Drugs Regulate Hedgehog Signaling by Modulation of 7-Dehydrocholesterol Reductase Levels

Abstract: Recently we identified GANT61, a small-molecule antagonist of Gli transcription factors, which are the final effectors of the mammalian Hedgehog (HH) signaling pathway.
