Antireflux surgery is required after endoscopic treatment for Barrett’s esophagus

Abstract: Introduction: Barrett's esophagus – is an acquired condition that develops as a result of replacement of normal stratified squamous epithelium in the lower part of the esophagus with columnar epithelium.
