Abstract:Objective: To determine the incidence of osteopenia and osteoporosis in Bulgarian human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-infected patients.
Methods: Bone mineral density (BMD) was measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry in 41 Bulgarian HIV-infected patients.
