Abstract:SummaryIn this work, the antihypertensive and antithrombotic activities of milk fermented with Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GG and Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. Bulgaricus NCFB 2772 (monoculture and co‐culture), were studied.
