Anxiety and sleep disorders

Abstract: Anxiety disorders are widespread among patients of primary care physicians and are the cause of increased morbidity and access to healthcare. Anxiety is a reaction of the body to the effects of stress and is manifested by the development of psychovegetative syndrome.
