Abstract:Unruptured AAAs are typically asymptomatic, but may rarely present with chest, abdominal or back pain. Small aneurysms may never rupture; however, if they are large and/or fast growing, they have a higher chance of rupture, which leads to fatal bleeding and death. Large ones may also present as a pulsatile abdominal mass.
