AortoIliac Graft-enteric fistula presenting as gastrointestinal haemorrhage: A report on a complex-case management.

Abstract: a 78-year-old patient presented with a life-threatening lower gastrointestinal bleeding secondary to an aortoiliac graft-enteric fistula into the sigmoid colon on the background of an adenocarcinoma and diverticular disease. Bridging endovascular stent followed by a second-stage graft explant and autologous vein reconstruction with a simultaneous anterior resection was successfully performed.
